Informing your client/customer of what to expect from the home inspector and the home inspection process, Jim has no peer who does that better. He is always on time at the outset of the home inspection, explains what it will cover, the information that is pertinent, and the information that is just information.

When Jim takes his time to “set” up the home inspection this way, it alleviates the pressure for the buyer. For the home inspector it puts you on notice, we are ready for you to do your job in the buying process. The home inspection is so very important, especially for the first time buyer, that how the Realtor begins the process is vital. Without that process beginning with everyone knowing how the home inspection will proceed, what it is and what it isn’t is courting an unsuccessful out come.
